The modular course we offer to all people working in the Lettings Industry and also to Independent Inventory Clerks is designed to help you create an Inventory, Mid Term Inspection and Check Out documents to the highest level and taking in all aspects of Best Practice and Health and Safety.

Our On-line Course consists of the following elements
We will carry out the work shown in the modules above in a day at our offices. You will be in a mixed group in our fully equipped centre in Queensferry, North Wales(excellent access to motorway network). Your trainer on the day will also then act as your mentor. Training in your own offices
We will also come to you. We will train up to 10 people at your offices and then give them access to the on-line examination system. If you are the business owner we will give you feedback on the individuals marks in the exam, the quality of the Inventory they produce for peer review and work with you and them to help bring them up to standard.
