The AIP course for 'How to create an Inventory' is a learning resource for lettings professionals and current or prospective Independent Inventory Clerks. This practical guide will help you to create full Inventories/Schedule of Conditions to a professional industry standard – fit for purpose, with clear evidence, and robust to avoid costly disputes at the end of a tenancy.

Following the completion of the course you will have learnt all the information required to successfully compile a complete Inventory with knowledge of the relevant legislation, information on the reasons and the tools and techniques available.

To successfully complete the course and become a full Member of the Association of Inventory Professionals(AIP) you will be required to pass a multiple choice examination(pass mark 90%) followed by a peer reviewed inventory created by you. You will then receive a copy of your AIP certificate along with an AIP logo which can be added to your stationary/website/business card.
